Due to sanitary concerns, ZYLARRA products are non-returnable.  

If for some reason you are unhappy with our product please contact us and we can figure out how to make things right! 

Should you receive damaged product, please email your order # and a clear photo of the defective merchandise within 48 hours of receiving your package to orders@zylarra.com, so we can correct the situation.
